By commissioning Aurora you agree to these terms of service

1 - Regarding the customer- All characters must be your own or with proper usage permission to commission with me.
- When commissioning me, it is your responsibility to ensure that all material and character information about the commission has been properly informed.
- My artwork and expression is often cute and linked to something younger. I'd like to warn you in advance that if you opt for a NSFW commission, it's clear that the character you're providing me with is of adult age, just like your customer.2 - Artist's rights- All rights to the art belong to me (Aurora). Which means that it cannot be used for sale or commercial use, giving the right to personal use only.
- You are not allowed to grossly edit or trace any of the art I make, any base or free-to-use material will be made publicly available.
- I have the right to cancel or refuse any work no matter what the circumstances.3 - About the Commission and Payment- If you don't have a character or design created, and I have to do it, there will be an extra charge for my design.
- You can order an artwork with my ocs, but you must discuss with me what is allowed, not all my ocs are open to any kind of interaction or even NSFW.
- If you choose to overtake other customers in the queue, or want something urgent, you will be charged an additional fee discussed before the work begins.
- If you want your commission to remain private and don't allow me to upload it publicly, you must let me know beforehand before I even give you a price, as this will incur a small fee increase. (This doesn't fit with NSFW commissions).
If your sketch doesn't suit you, it can later be sold as a YCH.
- No major changes are allowed after the lineart refining has begun. If any further iteration is not communicated during the sketch, a fee will be charged.

- I will accept payments by Picpay (Any Country) and Pix (For Brazil), conversions are made directly from the standard dollar amount, if you need to discuss this I am always open to listen.
- Payments must be made in full when requesting the commission.
- Refunds are always available if the work has not yet started, if you change your mind just come to me for a refund, if the work has already started an amount will be deducted from the total paid.
- If I decide to cancel a work for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
